[1.13-1.14] ✨JoinGifts✨ :: Provide gifts for your first-time

Dependency (must install):
- ProfileAPI

Usage:

/gift - Open a GUI to choose. 
/gift <name> - Try to get a gift if not claimed.

Permissions:
gifts.use - Use the command /gift.
gifts.get.NAME - Allow to get the gift if permission is required.
