[1.13 - 1.15.2] Garbage Bag

Garbage Bag
Adds a Garbage Bag block so players can throw away their items.

How to Use:
To use the Garbage Bag, the player has to right click on a garbage bag block. When they right click on a garbage bag block, an inventory opens up where they can put their items they don't want anymore into. If the inventory gets full the player can destroy the items by clicking "Destroy Items". Otherwise, when the player closes the gui the items will be destroyed automatically.

/gbag reload - Reloads the config

Permissions:
gbag.reload - Gives the player the ability to reload the config.
