1.14Leaves is a simple plugin that makes leaves drop sticks when they are broken.
Config:
min - The minimum amount of sticks that will be dropped - Default: 0
max - The maximum amount of sticks that will be dropped - Default: 2
chance - The chance for sticks to be dropped (0-100) - Default: 100
Although I haven't tested any versions other than 1.12.2, 1.14Leaves should work with most spigot versions.
