[1.16-1.14] MobsEvent

Added the possibility to add the amount of chances to an item. Changed some parameters regular locations and added abit of space to every single parameter just so it will more much more easier to see.

Added user preferred customs items that spawns after the mobnumber specific mob will die

Removed the eventtodo section in the configuration file.

Added an option to change the ampifier for potions. (i'm still working on new features don't worry..)

Added a option to change the duration of your potions that you put. (future of the plugin) as can be seen that the plugin's title has been renamed to something called "mobsevent" instead of "playersevent" since what i actually planned to actually add to playersevent is stuff that i think that i wouldn't able to do until i will get more into java and get more advanced at it, so i thought of something that i really could do instead and is much more easier for me to code and not have that of mess inside the code and so i changed the name of the plugin to mobsevents only because the plugin will be mainlybased on events that should be related to mobs

Added support to use this plugin from 1.16-1.14

Added whenever an mob spawns and the block above him isn't an air block the mob will get spawned directly on the player. Added messages.yml configuration file to edit some messages. Added some new parameters to the mobs.yml and messages.yml. Changed the entire plugin's code just to make it even more easier for me to code and continue adding more stuff to it.
