JibsClearChat is a easy-to-use chat clearing and management plugin with simple commands and permission nodes that allow for access to each individual command and immunity to the effects of them.

Current Features
Chat clearing
Self - /jcc clear self - clears the command sender's chat
Global - /jc c cl ear global - clears global chat for those who don't have immunity (see below)
Others - /jcc clear <username> - clears the chat of the specified player

Chat locking
Global - /jcc lock and /jcc unlock - locks/unlocks chat which, stopping people without immunity (see below) sending messages in chat. Good for blocking bot spam attacks

Permission Nodes
jcc. * - access to and immune from everything

jcc .clear.* - access to all of /jcc clear

jcc.clear .self - /jcc clear self

jcc.clear .global - /jcc clear global

jcc. clear.others - e.g. /jcc clear Notch

jcc. lockunlock - /jcc lock, /jcc unlock, immune to chat lock

jcc. lockimmune - immune to chat lock

jcc. clearimmune - immune to chat clears (except self)

Note: A player with access to any /jcc clear commands does not automatically gain immunity from them (unless they have jcc.*). Those with /jcc lock and /jcc unlock do receive automatic immunity, however.
