Send notifications of AAC violations straight to your Discord server

·Plugin

AACDiscordNotifications sends notifications of AAC violations and kicks straight to your Discord server via a webhook to either notify staff who are offline, or to serve as a log.

Configuration

webhook-url : 'https://canary.discordapp.com/api/webhooks/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' # https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/228383668-Intro-to-Webhooks
server-identifier : 'pvp server' # If you have a bungee network this is useful to identify which server a player is on

 # Triggered when staff would be notified for a violation
on-violation :
  should-notify : true
minimum-vl : 30 # To prevent spam, you can set the minimum violations to trigger a notification
colour : 16562691 # Denary equivalent of a hex colour code

 # Triggered when a player would normally be kicked (or other commands would be executed)
on-kick :
  should-notify : true
colour : 14226185 # Denary equivalent of a hex colour code

You'll need to generate a webhook for AACDiscordNotifications to use before you can get started. Discord have a good guide here: https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/228383668-Intro-to-Webhooks

When you make your webhook, you'll be shown a URL:

This is the webhook URL. Click copy, and paste this into the 'webhook-url' field.

Next, you should tweak the 'minimum-vl' field to prevent your channel being spammed.

Additionally there is a 'server-identifier' field, which changes the value of the 'Server' field in the embed. This can be used to easily identify which server a player is on in a Bungeecord network.

You can also optionally configure the 'colour' fields - these are the denary values of the hex colour codes for the embeds. By default, these are left as a yellow and a red.
