I own a discord called FireOrb dev team where i upload plugins and skripts and also develop servers!
Plugin Overview
Very simple really just install the plugin onto your server and type /masssay (Message) and it will make everyone on the server say the (Message) you provided.
Installation Instructions
Download the skript
Upload it to your skript folder
Go ingame and type /sk reload masssay
