AdditionalSounds
Isn't minecraft boring with the default sounds?
With AdditionalSounds you can change some of them, including volume and their pitch.
(!) This plugin only supports 1.14. I don't know if 1.13 or lower is working.
(!) The plugin is still in beta, if you find any bugs please report on the reviews and I will try to fix them.
