[Addon Plugin] JedCore (1.15 Support)

Requirements: Projectkorra (Core) 1.8.9

It adds a wide variety of moves to all elements, Air, Water, Earth, Fire, and even Chi, as well as many changes to pre-existent moves in ProjectKorra, and even new combos.
Examples of moves and changes:
- Air: Airblade, SonicBlast, Meditate
- Earth: Earthline, Earthkick, Lavathrow
- Fire: Discharge, LightningBurst, Combustion (improved)
- Water: Waterflow (combo), Watergimbal (combo), Icewall

Update Note :

• Add support for Spigot 1.14.4/ProjectKorra 1.8.9. It should continue to work with Spigot 1.13.2/ProjectKorra 1.8.8, but it hasn't been tested.
• Fix EarthLine render issue that has existed for a long time where the falling blocks aren't spawned at the center of the block.
• Improve EarthLine climbing/falling.
