Adminchatter

An awesome, highly configurable adminchat plugin for BungeeCord.

Features:
- Send messages to adminchat by just prefixing your messages with "@" (configurable)
- Placeholder-based message formatting (note: this does not mean PlaceholderAPI or such support.)
- Clickable adminchat message to run a command
- Hover information on adminchat message
- Every message used in plugin can be changed
- Play sound when chat is received

Installation:
- Drop Adminchatter plugin JAR to BungeeCord's plugins directory
- Start your BungeeCord instance and enjoy.

Commands:
- /adminchat (aliases: /ac) - sends message to adminchat
- /adminchattoggle (aliases: /actoggle, /act) - toggles feature of sending your main chat to admin chat
- /adminchatter - reloads plugin configuration

Note: from version 0.0.5, you can even change command names and aliases (besides /adminchatter)

Permissions:
- adminchatter.chat - permission to send/receive messages in adminchat. This is what you want to give to server moderators/administrators usually.
- adminchatter.reload - reloads plugin configuration. This is what you don't really need to give anyone, as you can do /adminchatter from console as well.

Yes, that is correct.

- Why is it in Kotlin?
To scare all the plebs away, boooo!

- Why do you have so weird configuration file?
I personally picked this file format (HOCON) because it is easier to read and is able to retain comments on configuration file format so users do not have to deal with them manually.
