Commands:

/todo list - Prints a list of the names of all your to-do lists
/todo add (list) (todo) - Adds a new item to a specific todo list
/todo remove (list) [todo ID] - Removes a list, or an item from that list
/todo create (list) - Creates a new to-do list
/todo read (list) - Prints a specific to-do list
/admtodo reload - Reloads the AdministratorTODO Lists.yml

Permissions:

todo.edit
todo.reload
