With this plugin you can manage your server and players

Commands:
/admin - Open the admin GUI #Permission: AdminMenu.Use

/warn <player> - Warn a player #Permission: AdminMenu.Warn

/seewarns <player> - Get a message with the ammount of warnings the
player have #Permissions: AdminMenu.SeeWarns

/remove warning <player> - Remove all warnings from the player
#Permission: AdminMenu.RemoveWarnings

/spectate <player> - Spectate other players
#Permission: AdminMenu.Spetate

Permissions:
-AdminMenu.Admin:
With this permission you can open the admin GUI

-AdminMenu.Warn:
With this permission you can warn other players

-AdminMenu.SeeWarns:
With this permission you can see the amount of warnings the player have

-AdminMenu.RemoveWarnings:
With this permission you can remove all warnings from the player

-AdminMenu.Spectate:
With this permission you can spectate other player
