AdminTools and Console Logger

This is my first plugin, so its a basic one! Fore more features be sure to comment what you would like me to add!

Permissions
admincommands.fire.use - Allows an admin to set players on fire
admincommands.heal.use - Allows an admin to heal players
admincommands.op.use - Allows an admin to op players
admincommands.spawn.use - Allows an admin to spawn mobs

Basic commands
/admin ? - shows the help page
/admin fire <target> - Burns a player to death
/admin op <target> - Ops a player
/admin Spawn <mob> [x] [y] [z] - spawns a mob
/admin heal <target> [amount] - heals a player for x amount of health

Known Bugs
/admin op from console throws an error (but it actually works)
