Advance Respawn

I added support for 1.13 and 1.13.1 in addition to adding 'toggleSpectate' and 'toggleRespawn' commands back!

Fixed a computational error that caused faulty death location distance calculation. The bug has been discovered and committed by skyslience on GitHub

Update 7.1 includes two new commands that were suggested by @millmilla /AR ToggleSpectate (or /ar ts for short) will disable the spectator-respawn feature for the person who issued the command until he / she toggles it back or the server restarts. /AR SkipSpectate (or /ar ss for short) will end the spectator-respawn while in it. Both commands require a permissions to use, these are: - AdvanceRespawn.ToggleSpectate - AdvanceRespawn.SkipSpectate Thank you all for using the plugin, I never imagined it would reach 40,000 downloads I am always open for suggestions!

Fixed a bug that made the server crash if a player died in the void

Update 7.0 expands the core aspects of the plugin while running much better than before. SMART RESPAWN No longer will you spawn outside of the border, in the void / lava / water or on trees! The new smarter algorithm picks a location that is safe to spawn in, if no such location is found within a reasonable amount of tries (currently 50) the spawn location will be defaulted to the world spawn. BUG FIXES I have worked hard in-order to squash every known bug, I haven't found any but if you do, please tell me and I will fix it as fast as possible. RUNS BETTER This new version is (almost) a complete recode that is made with low budget servers in mind. Along with the recode I also decided to remove the metrics feature, this will limit my knowledge of the usage of the plugin, but will make it run better.

Fixed a bug that made players who died in the void get stuck in a loop of dying

Huge update! adds holographic heads in your death location. if you have HolographicDisplays installed then when someone dies a hologram with his head will spawn to show his death location, the hologram will be gone after he picks it up or after a restart.
