Advanced Flight

Here are all the permissions:

   fly.fly:
      description: Enable / disable fly for the sender
      default: op
   fly.fly.others:
      description: Enable / disable fly for others
      default: op
   fly.check:
      description: Check if others can fly or have permission to fly
      default: op

What is planned: Toggle flight for everyone on the server (will take any suggestions for other commands) With this plugin Flight, you are allowed to set flight for yourself as well as other players and also check, another player's permission to flight or if they are flying! I'll take on any suggestions This is my first public plugin, a request from a thread.
