Advanced NightVision Fully Customizable ! (ADDED Config.yml)

A very simple Night Vision plugin that gives players Night Vision effects when running the command /nightvision.
This plugin has an option where you can edit the messages please check the config.yml.

Commands
NightVision: Enables & Disables the NightVision effects!
NV: NightVision command's alias.

Permissions
nightvision.cmd: Allows the players to access /nightvision command.
