Advanced Repair is a timed + cost based fix plugin!
It uses permission for times and cost.

Repair:
  Owner: #The owner is the rank of the permission for example "AdvancedRepair.RepairHand.Owner"
    Repair: 1000 #This will be the time of the repair hand set to 0 for no time added.
    RepairAll: 10000 #This is the time of repair all set to 0 for no time added.
    Cost: 1000 #This will be the cost for both fix all + fix hand
  Coal:
    Repair: 1000
    RepairAll: 1000
    Cost: 1000
  Iron:
    Repair: 1000
    RepairAll: 1000
    Cost: 100

  NoMoney: '&cYou have no money so you cannont use this command!'
  NoPermission: '&cYou dont have the permission to use this command!'
  Cooldown: '&cThere is currently a cooldown on this command.'
  NotRepairable: '&cThere is a error with your item and is not repairable.'
  FixAll: '&aYou have succesfully fixed everything in your inventory'
  FixHand: '&aYou have succesfully fixed the item in your hand!'
