*I know there's a lot of healing plugins and this probably won't get a lot of downloads, but I will add anything you want, as long as I deem it is a good addition to the plugin.

Features
An advanced healing plugin! Not only does it heal you, it also feeds you, gives you good saturation, and removes fire tick effects.

Commands
/heal - Heals yourself
/heal <name> - Heals the specified player

Permissions
heal.use - Allows access to the heal command
