AdvancedLootBags is now the advanced/custom-item version of the loot bag plugin. This update moves the original integration-heavy plugin line into AdvancedLootBags and improves support for modern custom item servers. Sadly I neither got any of these plugins for 1.21.10, so its hard for me to confirm them to work
