Updated the library to 1.15 and cleaned up some code

Added: · ConfigBase for easier config handling · PluginBase for the same reason as ConfigBase · Input handling (A way for plugins to ask for input through either books, anvils, chat or signs) · UpdateChecker for plugins to hook into! · A way to store player metadata persistently! Moved a few classes. Removed all deprecated classes and methods. Squashed bugs. Note: AlchemicLibrary now hooks into 1.13.2R.02 NMS classes! This means it won't work correctly on servers not on 1.13.2

Made Messenger and FileManager a bit easier, added support for comments in the config.yml's and added comments (in the source)

Fixed a few bugs

This update enables plugins that use this library to send messages with a hovering text.

I updated the variable system for the messages so that is more dynamic when coding.
