How I create a fused potion?
simply open your inventory or a crafting table and
put all potions you want in the inventory
the resulting potion will be a potion with all affects

Splash/Lingering fused potions
this is simple like a normal potion
use a brewer, set the ingredient as gunpowder
put your fused potion and wait
you will get a splash fused potion.
To make a lingering is the same, set ingredient as dragon breath and put your fused splash, wait... TADA!

Fused potions arrows:
Simply take your fused lingering and craft arrows like a classic potion!
