Altar SMP Arc 1

Fixed Hyperion turning into bloodlust

Changes vulcans crossbow + some ohter stuff. Adds better visuals to bone cage. Adds permmisions for commands. Fixes crazy slots duplication glitch.

Added compatibility with ranked smp.

Makes it so that vulcan's crossbow cannot break altars and contagion catalysts (if using arc 2).

Lots of small changes to make it work with arc 2 and some other visuall changes e.g. adding slashes to frost scythe when you attack.

Fixed some null errors and made vulcan power and scythe power actually affect the damage of it so that you can make it so that it doesn't one tap when on hard mode.

Adds a command to remove altars, Wand Of Illusion, config for Bloodlust and some small other changes.

Makes it so that the items try and keep their orignal names stopping them from bugging.

Just a quick one to make it so that you can actually use the altars in survival.
