Alternative Multiverse Portals

Use a wooden sword to left and right-click to mark two points and create a portal cube between them. Portals can be in the style of the end, water, lava or air. Destinations are set separately and multiple portals can go to the same destination. They can be given permissions based on Luckperm groups.
