Anarchy Mechanics (skript)

Information
Ever wanted players to stop accessing nether roof, because they're just causing too much lag with generating newchunks, or have an anarchy server but can't deal with the immense amount of advertising on your server? This skript is just for you.
Features
- Disable access to nether roof
- Soft mute players who advertise their discord link way too much
- Strictness option to hard mute players, leaving them with no capacity of communicating with anyone

Dependencies
Requires just Skript (Tested in version 2.5, May not work in versions < Skript 2.5)

if you dont know what a .sk file is:
1. Download Skript 2.5 then put it in your plugins directory.
2. Restart server.
3. Put the downloaded .sk file into the Skript\scripts directory.
4. Type /sk reload AnarchyMechanics in console/in game
