Nerfed default Wither and Ender Dragon drop rates

- Reworked how the enchantment cost is calculated (caps at 40 to stop "Too Expensive") - Fixed Bug where enchantments wouldn't apply to damaged items or items which had been enchanted through the console. - Fixed Bug where books and tomes would apply their enchants as items, like the silk touch book pre 19w37 (eg: fire aspect tomes will no longer set mobs on fire)

Fixed bug where mobs with similar names would drop the same loot. (Changed .contains to .equals)

Fixed bug which disabled all crafting on a server

Added support for all vanilla mobs (see config.yml)

Changes: Changed the way enchantments are added to items: an enchantment can only be added to an item which already has the highest level of that enchantment (Power VI book can only be added to a bow with Power V) Removed Infiinty II, Multishot II, Mending II, Depth Strider IV Ancient tomes are now enchanted books Stopped spawner mobs from dropping tome pages and ancient tomes Added config.yml file for tome page and ancient tome drops Bugs: Fixed bug where the wrong book is crafted Known bugs: visual bug when renaming items at the same time as adding an ancient tome causes no result to appear - the item is there, it just doesn't look like it is.
