Fun and highly configurable announcement plugin you guys can try! Very Simple light weighted plugin :D

Permissions :D

announce.* - Access to all commands to announce.
announce.send - Access to send OnCallAnnouncements
announce.update - Need to see if an update is coming (NOTE YOU STILL NEED PERMISSIONS IF U ARE OPERATOR)
