Customizable permission nodes

● ahs.notify.syntax - Notify user on /plugin:command execution
● ahs.notify.block - Notify user on blocked command execution
● ahs.notify.warn - Notify user on warn-list command execution
● ahs.command - Allows using /ahs (Without this permission any command permission like ahs.reload won't work)
● ahs.reload - Allows using /ahs reload
● ahs.antitab.bypass - Allows to bypass AntiTab
