This is plugin was made to stop vehicle (boats, minecarts, horses, so on) glitching without actually removing the functionality of vehicles, or having a big impact on the usability of them.

The configuration file:

The configuration file is self explanatory, vertical fixes the vertical boat-glitching (Fall from a high place with a boat to a base/whatever roof, normally the player would glitch in, but the plugin prevents him to do so),
setback sets back the player to the boat's location once they exit to make sure they can't glitch,
and cancel basically cancels the player from entering boats and minecarts (Not recommended to enable since the purpose of this plugin is to keep the vehicle's usuability).
Anyone who has the bypass permission (configurable in the config) will be able to boat glitch!
