This is a very simple plugin that does not allow a player to use the chat until they have moved around in the server. The player is sent a message if they try to send a message before moving. This message is fully configurable and will be saved.

Commands
/setspammessage [Custom Message]
-The command above will set the message to be set to the player upon sending a spam message.

Future Versions
- I threw this plugin together as a way to practice and begin building a portfolio. I may add additional features in the future such as "swear word" protection and other means to make your server safer.
