This plugin is pretty simple, you just have to add the name of the world in which you want to cancel the events of place block and destroy block
Commands:
/antibuild list - list of worlds in config.yml
/antibuild add <map> - add temporaly world (is cleared on reload)
/antibuild remove <map> - remove temporaly world (is cleared on reload)
Permissions:
antibuild.admin - player with the permission is not affected
