Download this plugin to get what you're after.
This plugin is still in Beta so it may not work correctly just yet. Keep that in mind.
To use the plugin, simply download and drag it into your /plugin file on your FTP or hosting provider gameserver.
Once installed, check its working by jumping into water left clicking in the water and if you're given a potion effect then the plugin is working!
This plugin will be updated soon with more stability!
