This plugin was made using Kotlin (reason of plugin's size)
It's pretty simple to use, take a look!

Only players who have their nicks in PermissionList will can join in the server or type these commands:
/minecraft:op
/opAlso, you can change the messages of the plugin
I've created two commands that you may gonna use.
COMMANDS
Permission: antiop.use
Why didn't you put a command to add a new player in list?
Answer: Obviously, if some player have op, they'll can add as you, so, change the list in config and type /antiop reload :)
The code is open source, btw you can change everyting in code, but even so I created a API (it's just simple event) for who want to add my plugin as library.
