Do you want to disable Hoppers? Well, you're in luck! I have made this plugin just for that! There are a couple of other plugins that do this, but they were out dated, so I decided to make my own! (My first plugin! :D)

Permissions
all the permissions are changeable in the config!
- Hoppers.Craft = Permission to craft Hoppers
- Hoppers.Reload = Reload the config
- Hoppers.Disable = Disable the plugin
- Hoppers.Enable = Enable the plugin
