BugFix with Banner and Lock

The owners of the map can still copy it (config customizable). There is an option that the map must be locked to protect it (config customizable).

You can now activate in the config, that you can't see the creations of protected banners, how the banner was created.

There was a bug where banners disappeared. This has been fixed with the help of the Blaack development team. Thanks for that!

Man kann nun in der Config aktivieren, das der Spieler, der den Map-Schutz erstellt hat, auch wieder entfernen kann.
