With this plugin you can disable raining. // Con este plugin puedes desactivar la lluvia.

Compatible con bukkit y spigot 1.8-1.12.2, no he probado con la 1.7 pero debería funcionar. // This plugin is compatible with bukkit and spigot 1.8-1.12.2, I haven't tried 1.7 but it should work.
