AntiXrayMining [1.21.10] | Proximity-Based Ore Protection

1.0.0

Ores stay hidden until players get close. X-Ray sees nothing but stone

·Plugin

Description
AntiXrayMining is an alternative anti-cheat solution for X-Ray protection. The plugin disguises ores as regular stone until a player gets within a certain distance.

How It Works

  1. All ores in loaded chunks appear as stone (or deepslate/netherrack) to players
  2. When a player approaches within 4 blocks — the ore is revealed
  3. When moving away from the ore — it becomes hidden again

Advantages

  • Cheaters can't see ores from afar — even with X-Ray, only stone is visible
  • Fair gameplay — legitimate players see ores normally when mining
  • Low overhead — uses client-side packets, doesn't modify actual blocks
  • Folia-compatible — supports multi-threaded servers

Installation

  1. Download anti-xray-mining-1.0.0.jar
  2. Place it in your Paper server's plugins/ folder
  3. Restart the server
  4. Configure config.yml as needed
