The philosophy of HoloEasy has always been to make creating holograms easy using packets. Over time, however, I made the mistake of overengineering the library and also rewriting it in Kotlin. Rewriting it in Kotlin was not an issue in terms of the language itself, but the additional weight of Kotlin’s standard library can be a significant factor, and it also worsens interoperability for Java developers. Here are the most important changes: · The core has been rewritten in Java. · Since the first release, I have always maintained compatibility with ProtocolLib, but I now believe it is time to move on: HoloEasy is now 100% integrated with PacketEvents for better stability. · The API is now more intuitive and simpler, while maintaining an OOP-oriented approach for holograms. · DisplayTextLine and DisplayBlockLine have been added. · Each line can now represent a different value for each player.4.3.24.3.2 ReleaseNov 21, 2024 More information on website changelog.4.2.04.2.0 ReleaseNov 3, 2024 Added PacketEvents experiemental support.4.1.0LinkOct 31, 2024 Domain error temp fix3.4.1Release 3.4.1Jul 13, 2024 - Using long-standing Bukkit API to handle server version3.4.03.4.0 ReleaseMay 3, 2024 - Added BlockLines - Added Animations3.3.03.3.0 ReleaseMay 2, 2024 - improved IPacket class - now kotlin stdlib is not bundled in build - added update method for MutableState3.2.03.2.0 ReleaseApr 14, 2024 - removed HologramKey - improved hologram creation via registerHolograms block that can be used with Pools and org.bukkit.Plugin3.1.13.1.1 ReleaseFeb 3, 2024 - 1.8.8 fixed (item lines are not supported) - 1.19.4 fixed - added example-plugin3.1.03.1.0 Release - Reactive HologramsFeb 1, 2024 Reactive Holograms3.0.13.0.1 ReleaseJan 31, 2024 Removed random log3.0.03.0.0 ReleaseJan 31, 2024 More information can be found on GitHub.2.5.02.5.0 ReleaseJul 15, 2023 - Removed the two classes ReferenceSet and ReferenceList. - HologramPool's #remove method now thread safe. - Added tests thanks to MockBukkit. - It is now no longer mandatory to provide placeholders to TextLines or HologramBuilder. - java 8 -> java 172.4.02.4.0 ReleaseJul 3, 2023 - Added PAPI Placeholder support. - FastUtil library removed, implemented three respective classes.2.3.02.3.0 ReleaseJul 2, 2023 Added 1.20.1 support2.2.02.2.0 ReleaseJun 26, 2023 - Separating Packets and Reintroducing HologramBuilder2.1.12.1.1 ReleaseMay 30, 2023 - Fixed protocollib dependency2.1.02.1.0 ReleaseMay 14, 2023 - added ClickableTextLine - improved README.md2.0.02.0.0 ReleaseMay 1, 2023 - Code rewriting using the 'composition over inheritance' principle. - now you can configure any part of the library (Lines, Holograms, Pools, Animations, Loaders etc.) and create your own custom part. - added 1.19.4 support1.4.11.4.1 ReleaseApr 25, 2023 - 1.8 errors fixed - added 1.19.3 support1.4.01.4.0 ReleaseSep 3, 2022 - TextLines without content are now automatically hidden - ArmorStand are made small, this should block fewer hitboxes - Now following Google's coding standards1.3.0Fix 1.3.0Jun 25, 2022 - Fixed issues with VersionUtil on 1.18.21.2.91.2.9 ReleaseJun 22, 2022 - Code refactoring of packets (performance improvements) - Added support for 1.19.1.2.8Update 1.2.8Jun 14, 2022 - CircleAnimation fixed for 1.8.8.1.2.71.2.7 ReleaseJun 12, 2022 - added the possibility to listen to clicks on a hologram.
