April Fools Creeper Paranoia

I've been making custom plugins for a Minecraft server I play on regularly. A few friends and I decided to add a little April Fools prank.

Use '/AprilFools [Enable/Disable]' to enable or disable the sounds.

Upon opening a chest, trapped chest, or shulker box, there is a 10% that one of two things will happen:

1) A sound will play like a creeper fell behind you, then almost immediately an explosion sound will play. This is to replicate how creepers will kamikaze down on you in caves.

2) The regular creeper hiss sound will play and exactly 1.5 seconds later (the amount of time it takes for a creeper to explode) an explosion sound will play.

To make it so that people don't immediately associate opening the chests with the sounds I made it so that when it activates the first sound will play 2-4 seconds later.

THIS PLUGIN WILL NOT CAUSE ANY HARM TO PLAYERS OR TO THE ENVIRONMENT. THIS PLUGIN WILL ONLY PLAY SOUNDS TO MAKE PLAYERS PARANOID.

For server owners, this plugin will work if you just drop the jar file into your 'plugins' folder. For people like me who make plugins for other servers, feel free to modify the code to hide it in your own plugins. I've linked my source code in a GitHub at the top of this page.
