This is a Skript what is made for Creative Servers.
You can do that users can't spawn ArmorStands/Holograms on the Server.
/askt
(tests whether armorstands are being killed or not)
/ask <true/false>
(Armor stand killed on or off)
system.ask (Access for the Commands)
Make sure you have Skript on the Server installed.
Goto plugins/Script/scripts and put ArmorStandKill.sk in the Folder.
Restart the Server or login on your Server and type /sk reload ArmorStandKill.sk
