Atherial Announcements is compiled for spigot and bungeecord so using bukkit may cause some issues.
I will only offer support for latest version of Atherial Announcements

Atherial Announcements has a spigot and BungeeCord version. The spigot version has support for using PlaceholderAPI.

Permission: atherialannouncements.command
Description: The root command

/AtherialAnnouncements help
Permission: atherialannouncements.command.help
Description: The help command

/AtherialAnnouncements version
Permission: atherialannouncements.command.version
Description: View version

/AtherialAnnouncements reload
Permission: atherialannouncements.command.reload
Description: Reloads config


When you first load the plugin it will generate a configuration file announcements.yml. The file will contain3 default broadcast mesages, update interval in seconds, reload config message, help format message, disabled worlds message (spigot version only), disabled servers (bungeecord version only), and finally the option to disable/enable PlaceholderApi support (spigot version only).

Interval time in the config is the time between each announcement is sent in seconds. Each announcement is sent in order of where you configured it. To enable PlaceholderApi support on the spigot version set hooks.placeholderApi to true the placeholders are not changed. If placeholder api is disabled. The plugin placeholders will be used

Bungeecord placeholders

%ping% The player's ping
%playercount% player's server player count
%server% player's server

The help command format has 2 placeholders that allow you to view the command name and description
