This utils is designed to aid plugin development. It includes:
* Dynamic command loading so you don't have to include all your commands in plugin.yml.
* Service management to help split up your plugin into small services for specific tasks. (Helps with large plugins)
* Config utils for loading custom configurations.
* General utils I've used that helped with plugins I've made in the past.
