What is AttackReach?
AttackReach is a plugin that allows you to have reach mechanics in Minecraft. Mojang actually planned this feature as an attribute for weapons but they never released it. You can lower or higher the reach for each item in your needings.

How is it configurable?
You can configure the reaches of vanilla items in the config. There are some examples ready for you in the config. Every item you used on the config will take effect but the config can be overridden by NBT-Based (via command) items. You can use /attackreach reload after changing the config.

How to set reach for the specific items?
You can use /attackreach set <reach> for giving your tool a special reach. It will override the config reach.
