Automatic Staff [PEX, GroupManager & bPermissions]

This is an entirely new iteration of the plugin, with 100% re-written and improved code. Majority of the features will remain the same, however a new configuration system has been added, which will mean that you'll have to manually upgrade your old config file to fit the new format, however, because of this new, simplified format, this should take a minimal amount of time. Perhaps the biggest addition in this version is the support for GroupManager and bPermissions, however, the plugin will now depend on Vault as opposed to the permission plugin its self.
