How to use:
- /tpa [Player] send a teleportation request to a specified Player
- /tpaccept accept the latest TPA-Request send by another Player.
- /tpdeny deny the latest TPA-Request send by another Player.
- /tpacancel cancel a TPA-Request send by yourself.
