Permissions
spawn.admin - Permission to all commands
spawn.skip - Teleport to spawn without delay

Commands
/spawn - Teleport to spawn
/setspawn - Set the spawn
/spawnrl - Reload all yamls

You can set the player to have the inventory clean when join
You can set whether the player is teleported to the spawn on join
