BalanceUpdates

Information:
Outputs change in /baltop when it is forcefully updated (/baltop force) or when it changes naturally when a player overlaps another when in the top #3 positions. It'll broadcast it in chat when a change happens and detects change every x seconds as defined in the config.yml file!

Required Dependencies:
Essentials
Vault

Permissions:
"balanceupdates.admin" (op) - Gives you access to any admin commands.

Commands:
/balanceupdates - Reload the config.yml!
