This is the first stable release of BaLoPlus, a feature-rich portable backpack plugin for Paper servers.

- 5-level upgradeable backpack (9 → 45 slots) - Automatic pagination system - SQLite database storage - Cannot drop, move, or lose on death

Upgrade Mechanics
