Hello! In this skript, we have a gui which opens when you right click on a player with a special item. This gui allows you to freeze, unfreeze, warn, kick, mute and ban all from a few clicks. The permissions and reason can be changed.

/forcegui [player] - makes the gui appear without clicking on players
/warn [player] [reason] - manual way to warn players
/freeze and /unfreeze - manual way to freeze/unfreeze players

/forcegui [player] - gui.force
Perm for ban menu to appear: gui.ban
Perm for mute menu to appear: gui.mute
/freeze [player] AND /unfreeze [player] -gui.freeze
