Commands
» /broadcast <message>: Broadcasts a message to all players in the server. Supports color codes.
» /toggleannouncements: Toggles visibility of scheduled announcements.
» /reloadconfig: Reloads configuration.

Permissions
» bannounce.reload: Permission to use /reloadconfig
» bannounce.toggle: Permission to use /toggleannouncements
» bannounce.broadcast: Permission to use /broadcast
