I've removed the ticket functionality from within the plugin, so please use this forum for any correspondence with me about the plugin and any bugs you may come across. I've also cleaned up a few unused and deprecated methods (stuff has happened since 2014-2015!) I'll also take suggestions if anyone is still interested.
